Catonsville is a town in Maryland. Psychogeography was defined as defined in 1955 by Guy Debord as the "the study of the precise laws and specific effects of the geographical environment, consciously organized or not, on the emotions and behavior of individuals." Colors are a large part of the psycogeography of an area.

Like the picture before this, I think you've captured a very stylistic view on these signs, especially since at this point in time neon signs are pretty ordinary. What I love most about this shot is that you've captured such color out this sign during the daytime where people are more likely to look at it during the nighttime.
