Catonsville is a town in Maryland. Psychogeography was defined as defined in 1955 by Guy Debord as the "the study of the precise laws and specific effects of the geographical environment, consciously organized or not, on the emotions and behavior of individuals." Colors are a large part of the psycogeography of an area.

It is very red but the way you cropped it also lets that blue shine in and the way they compliment each other makes this shot very appealing.
